Presiding: Theresa Boehling opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m
Budget : The 2011 Budget was approved

New Advisory
Member: Sammie S. Walker was appointed to the advisory
Board. She will serve with Diane Jackson, President and
Damon Wherry, Treasurer.
HOA: Greg Robinson was referred to his closing attorney regarding the fact that he stated he was not aware that his home was in a HOA.
Web Master: Robert Bartolotta volunteered to be webmaster.

Beautification of
Entrance: Richard Beckwith volunteered his expertise as a
Horticulturist to design the entrance landscaping.
Summer Meeting: Avis Abram volunteered her expertise as an Event
Planner to help plan a summer picnic. Theresa
Suggested that area merchants be contacted for
food donations. It was suggested that a CERT
Program , a Earthquake Preparedness Program and
a one mile Walk/Run might be good additions and
that the event be held at Blue Lagoon Park.
Discussion: Many positive comments were made regarding
the cooperation of the City of Bartlett and the
general consensus was that Wolfchase Farms
is a great place to live.
Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
